Up, Down or Sideways

Up, Down or Sideways?

We have all seen this on theknot!!
We see it all the time from Brides and Bridesmaids and very beautiful.

Recently, we've been asked by Brides, "If my hair is short can I still wear an up do or do I need to order extensions?"
Our answer always is - when it comes to up dos while your hair may not be long enough to make the "Traditional" up do, there are enough low and mid level up dos that are simply elegant and even fun!!  With a simple or elegant embellishment you are ready for your Wedding Day or any Event.
Braids can also be incorporated in a short hair style too!! Again with just an added beautiful pin, clip or flower, your style is complete.  If you have layers you can easily leave some out framing your face.
Casual - Styled in short layers this casual but, soft up do is made by gently sweeping the hair back and knotting it into a casual bun.
Red Carpet - This little twisted bun is pinned low with pretty layers that were bent with an iron to frame the face while creating a Red Carpet look.
Braided Chignon - Styled by pulling all the hair back into a low pony and then looping sections while pinning each section into the pony creating a braided look.

Pretty Side Bun - Styled with a deep part, this side bun is gathered on the side creating an asymmetrical look.
Elegant Wedding - Styled with a little height in the crown, this Elegant Wedding hairstyle was pulled tightly back and pinned into a low curled bun.  A beautiful crystal or flower headpiece could be added at top of curls as part of the Wedding look - found oEtsy.

Thank you to our Brides and Photographers who have contributed these beautiful Photographs.
